Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of Field Support Technicians on-site

Ensure all biohazard remediation and cleanup procedures are performed according to OSHA, CDC, and IICRC guidelines

Prepare, organize, and manage equipment, PPE, and cleaning supplies

Oversee containment, removal, and disposal of biohazardous materials

Train and mentor junior technicians in proper safety and cleanup protocols

Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and emergency contacts while maintaining discretion
