Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the work of Field Support Technicians on-site
Ensure all biohazard remediation and cleanup procedures are performed according to OSHA, CDC, and IICRC guidelines
Prepare, organize, and manage equipment, PPE, and cleaning supplies
Oversee containment, removal, and disposal of biohazardous materials
Train and mentor junior technicians in proper safety and cleanup protocols
Communicate effectively with clients, property owners, and emergency contacts while maintaining discretion
Conduct quality assurance inspections of completed work
Respond to emergency calls and prioritize tasks under time-sensitive conditions

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch field technicians to job sites efficiently
Coordinate emergency response requests, ensuring timely deployment
Communicate with clients professionally regarding appointments, updates, and service details
Maintain accurate records of technician schedules, job status, and client interactions
Assist in routing technicians to job sites, considering location, priority, and safety requirements
Support field teams by tracking equipment, PPE, and other logistical needs
